Thankfully, we have an Order from El Paso County District Court Judge McHenry granting restraining order against Children's Hospital Colorado and a full hearing on the constitutionality of State ‘determination of death” statute. This grants a reprieve to my client BABY M, (3 year old facing termination of life support) at least until Sep 17 (hopefully to become permanent). Could have nationwide implications as the DOD statute is a model statute widely enacted around the US. It is very outdated, having been drafted in 1980. This is a chance to make a major statement for #PatientRights and #DignityofLife in America!!

The Marshall Fire trial is scheduled to commence on September 25, 2025 and last for 10 weeks. Denver Injury Law represents a group of 250+ plaintiffs whose homes were burned, including a death claim from the Marshall Fire.
